Hosting A Workshop
Are you ready to join America's 1st Traveling Tap Convention? These guys are true pioneers in their craft. They travel by car, plane, and train to dance studios all across the country to present this industry-changing Tap workshop. These guys come straight to your studio!! That's right, no more paying for travel and hotel for guest teachers!! We take care of all of that!! Here's a breakdown of what you need to know to get started.
Classes
Each workshop consists of three 1-hour classes. The classes cover many elements and styles of tap including:
- Rhythm TAP
- Theatre TAP
- Tricks & Slides
- Improvisation
- Tap History
Choreography
The faculty for TAP the MAP consists of the most sought-after Tap choreographers in the country. We have been known to "team choreograph" competition routines for studios and we have had nothing but great results! Contact us for rates.

- Duet/Trio (2-3 Dancers)
- Sm. Group (4-9 Dancers)
- Lg. Group (10-19 Dancers)
- Production (20+ Dancers)
Faculty Demo
Following the classes there will be a
faculty performance. The Tap The Map Faculty show off their skills in improvisation and choreography right in the studio where you took class just before! This performance is open to all students, family, and
friends.

Scholarships
At the very end of the workshop, TAP the MAP gives scholarships to outstanding students. These scholarships are good for HALF and FULL REGISTRATION at the next TAP the MAP workshop of your choice. Students must participate in all three classes to qualify for a scholarship.
